| Customer Reviews: A good value, great cooking July 6, 2010 Sale hunter (CA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
We bought this from a local hardware store after going to two other stores in search of a table top grill. We didn't want a bulky, ugly grill stand and thought this would be much better. It is. There are about 2 dozen screws you need to put in, and the instructions for inserting the warming rack were not very clear, but we are very satisfied with the final assembled product. It took 2 of us about 20 minutes to assemble it, so if you can get through that, you should be happy.
We made our first meal of some chicken wings, corn on the cob and hamburgers and they all came out well. The temperature adjustment worked well and was a feature some of the table top grills did not even offer. It also has a thermometer on top which is a nice addition. The drip tray and collapsible legs make for easy clean up and storage (we're storing it in our storage shed, not leaving it out). Cleaning is a bit tough, but what grill isn't hard to clean?
Overall, we're very happy!

To each there own on this one...I was not happy with the cost to quality ratio, but it will cook what one is needing cooked, though equal quality can be found in substantially lower priced grills if slightly smaller and no thermometer is an option. This grill was actually too big for my needs, so ultimately not to my liking. If you need a larger portable grill, then this one will work just fine. Assembly was not difficult, but nonetheless, nearly every piece needs to be assembled.
Buy a Name Brand Instead - Pure Cheap Junk! July 2, 2010 shineyroad 3 out of 4 found this review helpful
Almost every component that you will assemble (maybe two hours assembly) for this grill is cheap, poorly engineered junk. I don't know how this product even got a UL label. Buy something else like a name brand grill!
